I am writing to commend KEE Environmental for its exceptional service in support of FCC Environments’ waste and recycling collections contract with Central Bedfordshire Council.

In July of this year, KEE Environmental began providing two wheeled container deliveries for an opt-in service available to up to 42,000 residential properties. The company successfully undertook this task to a very high standard with high levels of communication, good Health & Safety/Compliance processes.

KEE Environmental completed the delivery of 32,000 containers within the 8-week time frame set out at the start of the project and as a result, we have awarded the next container roll out to them.

With the roll out of garden waste bins in Plymouth reaching a  close I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks from myself and the rest of the Project team at PCC

KEE environmental have been instrumental in the delivery and engaged right from the start in collaborating and planning the roll out, John has been an integral part of the project team and has been fully invested in helping PCC to achieve outcomes for the City

We have had challenges with excess demand from customers and KEE environmental have been flexible and adapted to support us and scaled up and down the operation to support Plymouth to deliver bins on time to customers.

We have had regular communications and a transparent relationship with KEE being a truly collaborative partner from the beginning on the project, KEE have been part of the team, even delivering some BAU bins to clear a backlog of demand. If it wasn’t for the agile approach that KEE offered we would not have been able to meet the customer demand

I would recommend KEE as a delivery partner as they have been with us every step of the way from planning, implementation and have supported us in managing risks as they arose, they even created local jobs for the duration of the project.
